These terms apply to purchases from glowbough.com, operated by Glowbough Home, 102 Tom Morris Drive, St Andrews KY16 8HS, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including size, what's in the box and how each one is powered. Images marked “styled illustration” show the product in a room setting; the vase and other props are not included unless the listing says so. Colours and light brightness can vary slightly between screens and batches.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency and include any taxes we are required to collect. Delivery is free unless stated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. Bundle discounts apply automatically at checkout as described on the site.
3. Orders
Your order is accepted when we email your dispatch confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are shown on our shipping page. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us. Please make sure your address is correct. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address that you provided.
5. Returns and refunds
See our returns & refund policy. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. UK customers also have a 14-day right to cancel, as set out in that policy.
6. Safe use
Our lights are for indoor decorative use unless stated otherwise. Use the correct batteries, remove them when the product is stored, keep small parts away from young children and pets, and don't leave products switched on unattended for long periods.
7. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
8. Disputes
If something isn't right, contact us first at hello@glowbough.com. We aim to resolve every issue within 1 business day. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
