Is a vase included?
No. Every home is different, so our stems and bouquets are made for the vases you already own.
How bright are they?
A soft, warm accent glow, like candlelight. They're made for ambience, not for reading.
How are they powered?
Cordless. Most run on AA or AAA batteries (not included), and some also run from USB. Each product page lists exactly which.
What if something arrives damaged or a light stops working?
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you. In most cases you don't need to send anything back. See our promise.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
UK customers can cancel within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, and return postage is paid by the customer. Full details are in our returns policy.
Do they look real?
The leaves and needles are matte and multi-tone and look natural in a vase. Look at the close-up photos on each product page to judge for yourself.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and usually arrive 8–15 business days after dispatch, with tracking. We ship to the UK, Australia and the United States. For Christmas, order by 1 December (UK).
Can I use them outside?
They're designed for indoor use.
Are they safe around kids and pets?
Keep batteries and small parts out of reach of children and pets. Our lights are decor, not toys.
