Shipping & delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom, Australia and the United States.
- Cost: free standard delivery on every order.
- Processing: orders are prepared within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: usually 8–15 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take a few days longer.
- Tracking: every order ships with tracking, and you'll get the tracking link by email when it ships.
- Import charges: UK and Australian orders arrive with nothing extra to pay on delivery. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
- Christmas: for delivery before 25 December, order by 1 December (UK) or 28 November (Australia).
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email hello@glowbough.com and we'll trace it. If it's lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
If we can't dispatch your order within the time stated, we'll email you with a revised date, and you can cancel for a full refund.
